Bond of Thomas Harborne to William Fetherston, stating he surrendered `Smallage Greene' to Mary his third daughter and the `Tyle house' and 3 closes adjoining, 4 others called Heathy Fields, another called `Parris' which Mary `made choice of' Thomas Fetherstone of Packwood, gent., and Francis Palmer of Kingsnorton, as her trustees for the rents to raise her dower, Signed and sealed.
