Conveyance from James John Gopsill of the Wild Moor Farm in Old Stratford, farmer, to John Lane of Stratford-upon-Avon, gentleman, for £150, of three messuages in Butt Lane, [alias Bull Lane], in Old Stratford, late in the occupations of Thomas Hudson and Elizabeth Freeman, since of Widow Applebee, ---- Smart and William Walford, and now of Widow Manners, William Worrall and William Woodfield, reciting: 23 April 1862, mortgage from James John Gopsill to William Gopsill and Henry Robert Gopsill of (amongst other things) the above property to secure £500 23 June 1864, reconveyance from William and Henry Robert Gopsill to James John Gopsill, for £500, of the said premises. Covenant by James John Gopsill to produce title deeds relating to the above premises as well as to other property of greater value, which is to remain in his possession, dated 17 and 18 June 1823, 7 October 1853, 21 April 1862, 23 April 1862 and 23 June 1864. Plan annexed showing property in the north belonging to Mrs. Worrall and property on the south to ----- Whitehead.
