Residue of income equally to nephews and nieces. After death of both Mary and James houses to nephews and nieces, viz: - 33 Ryland Street to Harriett White. - 34 Ryland Street to Jane Rachel Smith. - 2 houses at Grafton to Anne Meeks and Tom Watkins Savage. - 2 houses at Wixford to Walter Savage and Frederick Savage.
