William Loggin, then of --- Venour and Richard Baker, gent., in trust to perform the trusts contained in the will of Thomas Lucas, S/A, gent., deceased, dated 30 April 1625 Recitals (1) 30 Apr 1625 Will of Thomas Lucas, S/A, gent., whereby he bequeathed premises in Church Street at end corner Chapel Street to Daniel Baker, gent., and William Smith, gent., in trust to pay rents and profits to the Almspeople of Stratford-upon-Avon and to make feoffment of same to other inhabitants of Stratford-upon-Avon to secure same. (2) 22 23 Mar 1792 Lease and release by Richard Allen, surviving trustee to Charles Ingram, Thomas Sheldon, John Lord, Samuel Jarvis, aldermen and William Tompkins and John Edwards, capital burgesses as trustees, with covenant to make new feoffment to new trustees nominated by Mayor and burgesses whenever 3 or more had died.
