Bargain and sale by William Adkins, Hunningham, yeoman and Isabell his wife to John Brayfield, Southam, yeoman for £90 of parcel of meadow ground lately purchased by William of Thomas Adkins his brother [DR 1810/66//3], called Little Home Meadow in Hunningham.
