Conveyance from John Harrison the elder of Stratford-upon-Avon, wheelwright, and Elizabeth his wife, and their eldest son, John Harrison the younger of Stratford-upon-Avon, woolwinder, to Samuel Harrison of Stratford-upon-Avon, wheelright (another of the sons of John and Elizabeth Harrison) for £200 (being the sum owed by John Harrison the elder under several bonds) of a messuage in Bridge Street, Stratford-upon-Avon [now nos 1-2]], bounded on the east side by the Bancroft and on the south by a messuage in the tenure of John Pincher; which said messuage John Harrison had recently enlarged by adding two new bays of building and which is now divided into two tenements, one in the tenure of John Harrison the elder, John Harrison the younger and Samuel Harrison, and the other in the tenure of Richard Cole; to hold the part of the messuage in the tenure of the Harrisons to the use of Samuel Harrison for ever and the part in the tenure of Richard Cole to the use of John Harrison for life, with reversion to Elizabeth his wife and then to their son John Harrison; to hold free from encumbrances save a mortgage of 26 May 1726 to Robert Stanley of Alveston, yeoman, to secure £120.
