Conveyance from John Baldwin [Baldwyn] of Luddington, farmer, at the direction of the trustees of the Stourbridge and Kidderminster Banking Company, and with the consent of Mary Baldwin [Baldwyn] of Bishopton, widow, to Hannah Whiteman of Stratford-upon-Avon, widow, for £410 (£405. 3s. 0d. paid to the Banking Company and £4. 17s. 0d. to John Baldwin [Baldwyn]), of a messuage in Sheep Street, bounded on the east by a messuage of William Butcher, on the west by a Corporation tenement late in the tenure of Job Cranmer and now of John Cranmer, on the north by Sheep Street, and on the south by a yard, formerly in the tenure of Edward Leyton, since of William George Frederick Bolton, then of William Henry Dare and now of his widow, ---- Dare; which messuage was late in the tenure of William Jeffs and now of Hannah Whiteman. With the following recitals: i) 28 August 1862: no. 6 ii) 9 August 1862: no. 7 iii) 23 July 1858: will of Henry Baldwin [Baldwyn], bequeathing his messuage in Sheep Street, then in the tenure of Hannah Whiteman, to his nephews, John Baldwin [Baldwyn] and William Henry Baldwin [Baldwyn], farmers, in trust for the testator's widow, Mary Baldwin [Baldwyn], for life iv) 12 March 1864: death of Henry Baldwin [Baldwyn] v) 24 July 1867: death of William Henry Baldwin [Baldwyn] that there was £405. 3s. 0d. owing to the Stourbridge and Kiddderminster Banking Company on the death of Henry Baldwin [Baldwyn], and that Hannah Whiteman had agreed to purchase the said messuage from John Baldwin [Baldwyn] for £410, part of which purchase should be used to discharge the debt.
