Abstract of title to an estate called "Rolls Wood" in the parish of Haselor, commencing with an indenture of lease, dated 20 March 1618/9 from Robert Throckmorton of Coughton, esq., to Richard Mills of Upton in the parish of Haselor and ending with an assignment, dated 14 August 1820, of several terms of years in the premises, between Samuel Rouse of No. 51 White Horse Yard, Saffron Hill, co. Middx., bone-dealer and Sarah his wife, of the first part, Frederick Silver of Symonds Inn, Chancery Lane, co. Middx., gent., of the second part, John J. Haynes of the third part, and Thomas Woods Weston of Stratford-upon-Avon, esq., of the fourth part.
