Gift with warranty from Thomas, Abbot of Bordesl', to Richard Bercario of Bourton' of two small pieces of land at Schyltwode in Tardebygge of which one is called Kyngesfordescroft' lying between the land of the said Abbey and the land of the Prior of Wygorn' and the other lying between the land of the said Abbey on each side and extending in length from the road which is called Chyreweye to the Marsh of the said Abbey;
to hold at an annual rent of 4s., payable quarterly.
