Quitclaim from James de Baddesle Clinton' to Thomas de Baddesle of 6s. 1/2 d. annual rent from divers lands and tenements in Baddesle Clinton' which the said Thomas was accustomed to pay each year at the usual terms in Baddesle Clinton'; that is to say 20d. from lands which belonged to Sewale, 2s. 2 1/2 d. from lands which belonged to Robert le Taillur, and 2s. 2d. from nine acres of new land `noue terre' lying in length next to the highway leading from Kenelworth as far as Risenbrugge. To hold the said rent freely for ever. Consideration: `unam summam pecunie'. Warranty clause. Sealing clause.
