Description

Gift from Thomas de Clinton' lord of Baddesleye to Geoffrey atte Wode of Chadeleswich' of two acres and three roods of land in Baddesleye, that is one acre lying in breadth between the land of Robert Wiliames on the one hand and the land of Thomas Gamel on the other, and extending from the land of Roger atte Fenne as far as the land formerly of the Templars, and one acre and three roods lying in breadth between the land of Thomas atte Forde on the one hand and the new park on the other, and extending from the land formerly of Adam Oldich' as far as the land of the said Thomas atte Forde. To hold the said lands from the chief lords of the fee with due and customary service in lieu of all secular services except foreign services, and rendering to the said Thomas 10d. at the customary terms in Baddeleye.
