Exemplification of three recoveries suffered in Michaelmas Term 10 Henry VII [1494]. The first by Simon Mountford knt. and Thomas Kebell against Nicholas Brome and Elizabeth his wife, by single vouchee, of the manor of Baddesley Clinton with the advowson of the church and other lands and appurtenances in the same. The second by the said Simon Mountford knt. and Thomas Kebell against William Harewell', Richard Hall and Edward Stradlyng, with the said Nicholas Brome as the first vouchee, of messuages with other lands and appurtenances in Overwoodcote, Netherwoodcote, Leke Wotton, Hull, Bewesale, Offchurche, Eythorp, Honyngham, Warrewyk', Myton, Lee, Budbroke, Hampton Curle and Barford. The third by the said Simon Mountford knt. and Thomas Kebell against the said Nicholas Brome, by single vouchee, of the manors of Wodlowe and Bromes with lands and appurtenances in Wodlowe, Bromes, Lapworth, Kingeswode, Henley and Warrewyk'.
