Deed poll: messuage in Back Bridge Street, Stratford-upon-Avon
Description
Deed poll whereby William Dyde of Stratford-upon-Avon, meal merchant, and Avise his wife, settle a messuage in Back Bridge Street, late in the tenure of Mary Watson, widow, and since of William Dyde, on their youngest son, William Dyde. Recites settlement for life of the said messsuage on Avise Dyde, 3/4 February 1747/8. [William Dyde junior died a bachelor, whereupon the premises descended jointly to the daughters of William Dyde the younger , Elizabeth, wife of Richard Allen, grocer, and Mary wife of Thomas Wells]
