Description

Conveyance from Thomas Edwards the elder of Stratford-upon-Avon, shoemaker, and William George Frederick Bolton of the same, hotel-keeper, to Sarah Freeman of Warwick, spinster (reciting that Andrew Gilmore died on 1 June 1844 and that Hannah Gilmore, who died on 4 May 1859, by her will, dated 23 March 1859, devised all her property to the said Thomas Edwards and William George Frederick Bolton in trust to sell) for £127, of a messuage or tenement (being the corner tenement of two built by Joseph Holtom and sold by him on 14 and 15 January 1840 to Andrew Gilmore and Hannah his wife) in Mulberry Street and Great William Street, formerly in the occupation of Thomas Charlcroft, since of Stephen Jarrett and now of Joseph Mitchell, together with the use of a well of water with the occupier of a tenement adjoining in Great William Street, lately belonging to Andrew and Hannah Gilmore but now sold by Thomas Edwards and William George Frederick Bolton to Ambrose Glover.
