Lease for 80 years from Sir Thomas Milward of Eaton, Derby, knt. and Abigail Packington, widow of Humphrey Packington of Chaddesley Corbett, Worcs. esq. deceased to Sir Richard Shoughborrough of Shuckburgh, Warws. knt. of the manor of Moor Hall with a messuage, farm and mills belonging to the same in Belbroughton, late in the tenure of Gilbert Cole, the capital messuage in Harvington in the tenure of the said Abigail, Harvington Heath in Chaddesley Corbett, a messuage called Swancott and other lands (described) in Chaddesley Corbett, and messuages and lands in Belbroughton, Droitwich, and Chaddesley Corbett.
