Counterpart of lease for 99 years from Sir Robert Throckmorton of Weston Underwood, Bucks. bart. and Dame Mary his wife to Thomas Foley of Witley Court in Great Witley, Worcs. esq. of the toft on which formerly stood half a house or corn mill called Dearnford Mill with the watercourse etc. belonging to the same, and the right to have a dam in the river called Barnett Brook on the ground of the said Thomas, lying beneath Barnett Bridge in Chaddesely Corbett, adjoining the highway from Worcester to Stourbridge, with other rights etc. (described).
