Conveyance from Thomas Garrett of Gaydon, gent., and his mortgagees, (the devisees of the will of Thomas Alder, late of Ladbrooke, gent.) to Edward Bolton King of Umberslade Hall, esq., of a farmhouse and 117 acres of land in Gaydon, 25 March 1845. With recitals from 1815, the first a mortgage from Thomas Garrett to Thomas Alder.
