Assignment of Mortgage of a messuage and homestall close in Idlicote and 3 yardlands of pasture or meadow. Robert Cornwall of the Borough of Warwick, esq. and Sarah, his wife, late Sarah Mills, widow and sole existing executrix of the last Will and Testament of John Mills, late of the Six Clerks' Office, London, gent., deceased, her former husband, of the first part, Bazill Herne and William Smith esqs, the two senior Six Clerks of the High Court of Chancery, of the second part, and John Barnard, London, esq. of the third part.
