Lease between Hercules Underhill, Sarah, his wife and Samuel, their son of the first part, John Barnard of London esq. of the second part, and Nicholas and Robert Godschall of London, merchants of the third part, of the manor of Idlicott [Idlicote], with the manor house, 'Ewe Leasow', Hipples, the Dykes etc. Signed and sealed.
