Compton Verney: early deeds

Description

Grant by Basilia Durvasal, widow of John Lovecock of Warwick, to Isabel Eynulf of Compton Murdak of one messuage and two acres of arable land in the town and fields of Compton, which Asser of Compton formerly held of the said Basilia.

To hold the same messuage, land and appurtenances for life, with right to assign. Paying annually 4 shillings, two each at Michaelmas and Lady Day in lieu of all services and heriots.

Warranty clause Dated Monday after the feast of St John before the Latin gate, 3 Edward II
