Bond of John Lyne of Shipston upon Stower [Stour], late of Blackwell, miller to Sarah Wilkins and Elizabeth Wilkins of Shipston upon Stour, spinster, for £700 to secure £350 plus interest. Signed and sealed. Witnesses: Mary Edkins and John Edmins. Endorsed: 10 August 1795, One year's Interest. 2 March 1811, 'I acknowledge to have received of the Assignees of the within named John Lyne by payment of Messrs. Bellamy and Banister the sum of three hundred and fifty pounds in discharge of the Principal Money due on the within Bond and the MOrtgage therein referred to and sixteen pounds and sixpence for Interest due thereon and I hereby engage to assign the said Mortgage to the said Trustees or as they shall direct when called upon for that purpose.
