This farm, the subject of a settlement on the marriage in 1711 of John Webb, alias Morrell, of Lighthorne and Mary daughter of Walter Watson of Nethercote, was mortgaged to Sanderson Miller the elder of Radway in 1734. The mortgage was assigned to various parties over the next seventy years but the freehold descended in the family, first to John and Mary's son, John Webb, then to John junior's brother, Thomas Webb, and then to Thomas's niece Mary, wife of Joseph Lattimer. In 1817 the Lattimers sold the farm, then known as Lighthorne Hill Farm, to Henry Verney as trustee for John Peyto Verney, Lord Willoughby de Broke, a [person experiencing a mental health problem]. The farmhouse was then described as recently rebuilt. The plan is undated but almost certainly accompanied this sale.
