Conveyance by lease and release from William Unitt of Bridgetown in the parish of Old Stratford, labourer, (son and administrator of the estate of the late Peter Unitt), Elizabeth Cox of Long Marston (widow of the late John Cox of the same), Samuel Cox of Admington in Quinton, labourer, John Cox of Long Marston, labourer, and Joseph Harris of Long Marston, labourer, and Phebe his wife (late Phebe Cox, spinster), to William Jackson of Long Marston, farmer (reciting nos. 1 and 2, and that there had been owing to Peter Unitt £47.16s. 3d under a mortgage by John Cox deceased) for £47. 16. 3d paid to William Unitt by John Cox the younger, of the three messuages described in no. 1; to hold the same, discharged from all mortgage debts, to the said William Jackson in trust to the uses declared in the will of John Cox.
