Compton Verney: early deeds, Compton Murdak, a grant

Description

Grant by Henry Lucas of Upper Walton to William Wylmot of Wellesbourne of one messuage and one virgate of land in Compton Murdak, formerly in the tenure of William Warde and which came to the said grantor by inheritance.

To hold the same messuage and land with appurtenances to the said William and his heirs from the chief lord of the fee for services due and accustomed.
