Compton Verney: early deeds, Compton Murdak, a quitclaim

Description

Quitclaim 'in pura viduetate' and legal power from Agnes, widow of Henry Wylkyns of Compton Murdak, daughter and heir of Philip Jones of Compton to Thomas Alisaundre, chaplain, for herself and her heirs, of all rights in one messuage, one toft and one virgate of land, with appurtenances in Compton Murdak, late belonging to Philip Jones her father;

Together with all rights and claim in all those lands and tenements formerly belonging to John Jones, chaplain, her kinsman.
