Grant by John Verney, clerk, to Humphrey James of the county of Warwick, Richard Foliat of the county of Worcester, Richard Broun, chaplain, Thomas Lyot, chaplain, and William Clerk, chaplain of his manor of Kineton ('Kingeston') in Warwickshire, with appurtenances and his manor of Compton Murdak in the same county, with appurtenances, together with all his lands, tenements, heaths, meadows, pastures, woods, marriages, heriots, reliefs, eschaets, rents and services there.

To hold of the chief lord of the fee by services due and accustomed.
