Conveyance by lease and release with covenant to levy a fine from John Mills of Bearley, yeoman, and Hannah his wife (only child of Thomas Kitchen of Shottery, labourer, deceased) and Leonard Court the younger of Shottery, yeoman, in consideration of £30, of a messuage in Shottery now in the tenure of JM, 11-12th October 1769
