Description
Feoffment with covenant to levy a fine from Edmund Towwnsend of Loxley, yeoman, and William Hynde of Tiddington, yeoman, in consideration of the sum of £40, of the property as described in 59/3/15, heretofore called Widdow Walls livinge, now in the tenure of WH, WT having died, 20th April 1652. With indenture of fine between the said parties, Trinity Term, 1652.
