Marriage settlement of George Hinde of Tiddington, yeoman, and Sarah Reeve, eldest daughter of Benjamin Reeve of Rowington, gent., whereby in consideration of £250 paid by GH to BR, and for a jointure for Sarah in case she survives her husband, GH conveys by feoffment, the above messuage described in 59/3/15 unto trustees, 6th July 1692
