Lease and release: two messuages with garden etc in Alcester

Description

Conveyance by lease and release with surrender of a mortgage term, in consideration of £380, from Richard Morgan of Coughton, gent., surviving trustee of the will of Richard Harris late of Alcester, deceased, to George Biddle of Alcester, tailor, of two messuages, one of which GB has taken down and erected a new messuage, together with "such new erected messuage" and garden c. in Alcester, now in the tenures of William Wakefield and the said George Biddle having the Fox messuage on the north side, 28-29th September 1812.
