Conveyance by lease and release and covenant to levy a fine in consideration of £210, from Edward Stanley of Tiddington, gent., and Mary his wife to Thomas Baldwin of Ragley, gardener, of two messuages once of William York and Benjamin Ward and formerly one now four houses, with the barn yard and little close of one acre, 29-30th November 1808. With covenant to produce deeds and bond to indemnify against dower, of even dating with release.
