Release in fee to make George Faulkner of Bedford Row, St Andrew Holborn above Bars, gent., tenant to the freehold in order to suffer a recovery: from Thomas Baldwin of Alcester, gardener, and John Mills of Stratford, esq., and Mary his wife (nee Stanley) and Mary Stanley Mills, their daughter, and surrender by the executors of the will of John Lord, late of Stratford, gent, at the request of JM to GF, relating to the messuages described in 59/4/8, 1-2nd May 1827.
