Conveyance from the Commissioners of Woods, Forests, etc. to Richard Barnes of Hampton Lucy, farmer, of Lot 2 in a sale, being arable land of 1a 1r 38p with a cottage brick built and slated thereon, on the north side of the road from Stratford to Wellesbourne and forming part of HM's Tiddington Farm estate at Alveston, 10th November 1835. Conveyance by lease and release from Richard Barnes and Tracey his wife to Edward Townsend Higgins of Montague St. esq, barrister at law, of the property, 23-24th December 1835. Lease for 19 years from ETH to the Dowager Lady Marianne Mordaunt of Avonhurst, widow, of the property, 7th March 1836.
