Conveyance from the trustees of the will of Edward T. Higgins to Mary Louisa and Margaret Emma Higgins of Bishopton, spinsters, of Avonhurst, with the gardens, gardener's cottage and garden, stables and other outbuildings and lands at Tiddington, and Alveston Hill Farm containing 98 acres, a cottage and garden now in the occupation of James Jones and a piece of woodland in Alveston, 2nd March 1893. With memorandum concerning a conveyance of 1962. Appointment by Margaret Emma Higgins of 44 Loxley Road, Stratford, spinster, of Louis Oliver Alford Hunt of 20 Millway, Old Duston, Northants, Major in HM's Army, as new trustee of the above deed, 15th October 1938, with appointment of Richard Westray More of Stratford, solicitor, as a new trustee, MEH having died in 1953, 5th March 1962.
