Deed of charge and associated memorandum: relating to property at Aston and Yardley

Deed of charge of £2£700 upon the above property at Aston and Yardley, of Thomas Higgins esq. and declaration of trusts thereof: deed poll stating that Thomas Higgins of Lower Bindton esq. is indebted to Mary Higgins, his wife, in the sum of £2£700, lent to him out of her separate estate, 27th September 1871. Attached is a memo of the Legacy and Succession Duty Office, 1897. Deed of further charge of £5000 on the same property by the same parties, 10th July 1876, with memo as before, 1897, endorsed with declaration by TH that the two sums are to be charged on all his estate and interest in the property subject to the uses of an indenture of even dating between Emma Higgins, widow, the said TH and others, and Thomas Hunt, gent., 23rd February 1878
