Declaration of Frank M. Facer of Kent College stating that he destroyed the equitable mortgage of 29th September 1895, on 19th March 1910, believing it to be of no value, 13th May 1910. Enclosed: Particulars of fire insurance on premises belonging to Thos Wheeler Jelleyman at Stratford, reciting a policy of 2nd June 1902, 1903
