Abstract of the title of [Thomas Edwards], the trustee for sale under the will of Mr John Jelleyman deceased to a piece of freehold land and premises on the Shipston Road, in the parish of Old Stratford (1855-1875) 1875, with conditions of sale, 1875. Conveyance in consideration of £400, from Thomas Edwards of Stratford, accountant, to Thomas Wheeler Jelleyman of Stratford, rope manufacturer, of the piece of freehold land with the warehouse and buildings thereon, containing one rood and 37 perches, late in the occupation of John Jelleyman deceased, 7th December 1875.
