Appointment of new trustees of above settlement, both John Makepeace and his wife having died, 1st December 1899. Inland Revenue account of property charged with estate duty on the death of John Makepeace on 13th March 1897, 1900. Account of the trustees of the marriage settlement with Augusta Tracy Makepeace, the only child of the marriage, signed by her 14th June 1907.
