" A True Copy of the Deed of purchase from Lawrence Albright others to Mr Thomas Perkes Dated 29 Octob'r 1668": release from Lawrence Albright the elder of Mickleton, yeoman, and Muriell, his wife, and Lawrence Albright the younger, his son and heir apparent, to Thomas Perkes of Chipping Campden, yeoman, in consideration of £380, of a messuage in Mickleton in the occupation of William Gelfes with the Sheepehouse Close and Orchard, a lane, and two lower enclosed grounds of meadow and pasture of 13 acres, abutting unto a place called Clapton, with liberty of ingress, egresse and regresse.
