Description

Attested copies of three assignments of mortgage to secure £250 from Anna Kitchen to Richard Ford of Birmingham, smith, of the property described in no. 55/4/8, 3rd July 1770; and from RF with the consent of Leonard Court to William Hunt of Stratford, gent., 20th December 1770; and from WH with the consent of LC, to Richard Horseman of Campden, Glos, gent., and with an additional £50 charge to LC from RH on the same property, 20th June 1772.
