Abstract of the title of the late Mr Thomas Barnes deceased to lands and hereditaments at Shottery in the parish of Old Stratford in the County of Warwick and devised by him to Miss Anne Gibbs (1786-1789; 1762-1783: premises purchased of Anna Kitchen and others, listing some of the deeds etc. present in this bundle; 1762-1801: premises mortgaged to Mr John Hurst, listing others of the deeds present in this bundle; 1796-1834: As to the whole of the before abstracted hereditaments premises, listing deeds etc., not included in those present in this bundle.
