Lease with conveyance and release: waste ground at Tiddington

Lease for 99 years from the Revd Francis Fortescue Knottesford of Bridgetown, Alveston, clerk, lord of the manor of Alveston, to Edward Townsend Higgins of Montague St. esq. of a piece of waste ground at Tiddington containing 750 square yards bounded on the south by the Stratford to Wellesbourne road (attached is plan of triangular piece of land), 25th April 1836. Conveyance of the reversion expectant on a term of 99 years under lease from John N. Knottesford Fortescue of Alveston Manor, esq., with release and confirmation from Alicia Margueretta Knottesford Fortescue of Banbury Road, Oxford, widow, to Margaret Emma Higgins of Bishopton, spinster of the land, 28th April 1903.
