Lease and release: properties and land in Tiddington

Description

Attested copy conveyance by lease and release and covenant to levy a fine, (in consideration of an annuity of £19 3s 4d payable from Edward Stanley to Thomas Randall, a sum of £165 paid to John Stanley of Lambcote, Ettington, being a mortgage debt, and £175 paid by ES to Thomas Band) from Thomas Randall formerly of Tiddington, now of Gaydon, yeoman, and Thomas Band of Priors Marston, yeoman, nephew and heir at law of Ann Randall (nee Band), and Ann Band his wife to Edward Stanley of Tiddington, yeoman, of two messuages in Tiddington now or late in the tenures of William York and Benjamin Ward, with the barn, yard and little close belonging, and two plots of newly enclosed land called Townside Field and Lower Great Sand Field (containing together 9 acres 2 roods and 6 perches), now in the tenure of ES and allotted in lieu of a half yardland at enclosure, a little meadow of two acres called the Ham or Randalls Ham and three quarters of an acre in the meadow called the Ham; a ley of wood ground in a furlong in Alveston Pasture, all of which premises were heretofore the estate of Thomas Baker, 20-21st August 1783
