A second copy of the notice by Benjamin Alford as above, (59/27/3). Agreement between Benjamin Alford of the Thorn, Birley, farmer, Thomas Alford of Pembridge, farmer, Charles Jones of Stratford, farmer, and Anne his wife, nee Alford, and Samuel Alford of Mortimer, Berks, yeoman, of the one part and John Griffiths Alford of the Thorn, Birley, gent., their brother, of the other part, whereby JGA would pay to each of them £100 as their share of the stock and effects on the Clearbrook estate, 21st December 1844. Declaration by Benjamin Alford respecting £5, the amount of the late Mr Preece's demand upon me, 16th April 1845. An account for £100, endorsed "the whole of the late Mr P..."
