Underleases: land near Guild St, Stratford

Description

Underlease for the residue of a term of 21 years from Edward A. Parkhouse of Stratford, mercer and draper, to Manley C. Ashwin of Stratford, merchant, of a parcel of land near the Guild St, as shown on the marginal plan, together with rights of way, 30th September 1893. With surrender of the premises by MCA, 23rd May 1902 at end. Draft memorandum of agreement whereby E. A. Parkhouse and G. Ashfield agreed to sell to M. C. Ashwin part[?] of that land (now in MCA's possession under a former lease) at the back of a house, shop and garden in Henley St and running through to Guild St, at the back of which MCA has erected some temporary stables, which are to remain his property, 3rd May 1902. Underlease for the residue of a term of 21 years from EAP and Gathorne Ashfield of Stratford, mercers and drapers, to MCA of land now in the occupation of the lessee, as shown on the marginal plan [which is the same as that on underlease of 1893], with rights of way, 24th May 1902
