Three messuages in Great William St to Jessie Birch. Nos. 13, 14 and 15 Henley St to Jane Birch. £200, personalia, and five messuages in Shakespeare St and two in Mulberry St to his natural son, Oliver Gardner. £1000, personalia, his farming stock, household furniture, the messuage in Henley St in the occupation of Amphlett, and the residue of his personal estate to Frank Henry Gardner, his natural son Rents from two houses in Sanctus St to Sarah Gardner, mother of Frank Henry and Oliver Gardner.
