Mulberry and Shakespeare Streets: draft conveyance from William Barlow of Alveston, gardener, and his trustees to Francis Birch of Stratford, china dealer, subject to the life estate of Elizabeth Barlow, mother of WB, of land being part of a close formerly called the shop ground on Shakespeare St, 15 yards six inches by 27 yards in depth and bounded on the north by Mulberry St,..., with the four messuages erected thereon sometime since by John Walton, and a messuage also on the said shop ground containing 4 yards in front of the said street ... bounded by Shakespeare St on the west with the use of a passage. Two messuages recently erected on the same ground in Mulberry St with their appurtenances, 27th April 1874. 2. Inland Revenue account of succession in real property of William Barlow (b. 1829), on the death of Elizabeth Barlow, signed with the mark of Francis Birch (b.1838), 30th April 1884, relating to five messuages in Shakespeare St. and two in Mulberry St.
