"The Exors of the Late F Birch's Letters": wet press copy letter book of the executors, with some related accounts. The first letter of 25th September 1899, is in response to the letter from Nellie Smith of Leicester, eldest daughter of Francis Birch in the next bundle (no. 12/70), seeking help for the members of the family excluded from the will, but for whom the executors can do nothing.
