1. Lease for twelve years from William F. Box of Stratford, MB, etc., to Sidney D. Morgan of 118 Loxley Road, Stratford, tobacconist, and Lilian V. Jones of the same address, spinster, of a shop, being part of the ground floor and on the right hand side of the main entrance to no. 11 Bridge St, formerly used as a dispensary (see no. 30 below), 4th December 1935, with further lease for 3 years from Constance M. Box, Geraldine M. A. Fraser and Antony William Box, all of no 11 Bridge St to the same, 1st June 1949 at end. 2. Lease for seven years from CMB, GMAF, and AWB to the same, 31st July 1952, and memo of assignment of lease from LVJ to herself and Evelyn Morgan following the death of SDM on 26th Feb. 1955, 30th July 1955.
