Memorandum of agreement between the Marquis of Hertford and Benjamin J. Bucknall of Shottery Lodge for the lease for 21 years of 38 perches of land, part of The Pound Ground and numbered 1216 on the Ragley estate plan, 7th February 1901 in envelope endorsed that it was the lease of the Tennis Lawn, and which also contains correspondence, with the Ragley Estate Office in 1900, and in 1918 concerning the sale of the land to the Bucknalls. With separate plan showing the area in question, undated [c.1901].
